HOW TO CHECK GLO DATA BALANCE?
If you have bought a data plan and used it for sometime, and you wish to know the remaining volume on your Glo Line, use this simple step to check.
Dial this short code, *323# and your Data Balance will be displayed on your screen, showing you all plans you are using and remaining volume for each plan.
HOW TO CHECK AIRTIME BALANCE ON GLO?
Dial the code, *310#, wait for the next screen of options to pop up, select if you want to know your Main or Bonus airtime balance. Select number 1 for main balance and number 2 for bonus balance. That's how you can know your airtime balance on Glo.

HOW TO TRANSFER AIRTIME ON GLO?
Do you want to share your airtime balance with loved ones in your contact? See how you can do that.
Go to your device Dialer App and dial Dial *131*Glo Number*Amount*PIN# to share airtime with any glo user you want to share with.
Note however, that the default sharing PIN on Glo is 00000, that is zeros into 5 places. If you made changes to this default Pin, you will have to use the PIN you created by yourself to initiate the transfer.

HOW TO LOAD/RECHARGE A GLO CARD?
Though, recharging SIM cards is mostly done online or directly from banks these days, the traditional or olden ways of doing it are still relevant to some folks. Below is how you can load or recharge a Glo Recharge card on your Glo SIM.

Firstly, you can buy data using your airtime balance on your Glo SIM. You simply dial *312#, then follow on screen prompts such as auto renewal or no auto renewal, then choose the type of data plan you want to buy, depending on your needs or data buying behaviour.

HOW TO CHECK NIN ON GLO?

It's pretty easy, just dial the code for all NIN related issues which is *346#, select option 1 and follow the remaining on screen prompts thereafter which is easy. Note that you can check your NIN on Glo if your Glo number was used to register it and it has been linked to the Glo number.
HOW TO CANCEL AUTO RENEWAL ON GLO?
Maybe you opted for auto renewal on a Data Plan you purchased sometime ago but don't want it again? Cancelling auto renewal on Glo is simple as ABC, simple as saying the word ‘Simple’.
Simply go to your smartphone’s SMS message app and type the word ‘CANCEL’ in capital letters and send to 127. Glo will automatically stop the auto renewal status of the data plan.
Alternatively, you can stop auto renewal by dialing the data code which is *312#, select buy data, select option 2 which is One Off which means no auto renewal.
